Delivery within the United Kingdom
All orders are processed within 2-3 working days.
We offer a free shipping service on orders over £40.00 within UK Mainland.

In most cases, we will dispatch your order by Royal Mail using 1st Class tracked service. Your parcel will typically arrive within 2-5 working days after it has left our warehouse. It may take longer for some remote regions.
We might offer a free shipping service for all orders withing UK Mainland during special events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide and welcome international orders from regions where the import of vitamin supplements is permitted under local regulations.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen service.
Shipping to United States
US orders are shipped via UPS Express (3-5 business days). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight. Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no surprise fees at delivery — your order will clear customs as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The small duty amount is displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.
Shipping to European Union
All parcels shipped to the EU are subject to local VAT on both products and shipping. Orders exceeding €150 may also incur import duties based on your local rate. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order. We do not handle customs processing and are not liable for customs duties or import taxes beyond those collected at checkout.
All Other International Destinations
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Order Fulfilment
All in-stock orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. We do not fulfil orders on weekends.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. You can use the number to track your shipment on the courier's website, a link to which will be included in the email.
