Our Story

The story of TRUEVITS began three decades ago when Tatiana, fresh out of medical university, discovered a nutrition course led by a British pharmacist. She then apprenticed for two and a half years to Britain's leading vitamin supplement expert and a prominent Russian Doctor of Medical Sciences specializing in vitamins and medicinal plants. That course sparked a lifelong passion for healing through food and nutrients, which led to the founding of TRUEVITS nearly ten years ago.

Our journey first started with traditional capsule-based supplements using our unique formulations, but in 2022 we made a decision to transform our product development toward unique botanical ingredients naturally rich in biochemical compounds with scientifically validated roles in health.

And so, we shifted our focus to powerful plants.

Wild-harvested cranberry, ocean seaweed and a berry blend powder were chosen for their functional health benefits and scientific validation. These whole plants preserve the natural synergy of nutrients—the complete nutritional matrix that delivers bioavailability isolated nutrients simply can't match.
