Returns & Refunds

We have a 30 days returns policy. We know that life happens and plans change, so if you've changed your mind after making a purchase, you have 30 days to let us know and return the item to us for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types items cannot be returned. These include: 

Gift cards

We can only offer returns on items bought directly from us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

An item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

The Process

We aim to make your returns process as simple and painless as possible. Please follow the steps below to make a return

1. Please send us a message if you wish to make a return. Please include your name, email address that you used to place your order, your order number, as well as the reason for returning the item in the message.

2. Once you have received a response, post the item back to us to this address: VitaminRich Ltd, 3-d floor, The Pinnacle, Central Court, Station Way, Crawley, RH10 1JH, United Kingdom.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow up to 3 weeks for refunds to process. If you haven’t received a refund after 3 weeks, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company regarding pending refunds, it may take some time before your refund is processed.

Sale items

Certain sale items may not be refunded. Sale items may not be exchanged for other non-sale items.


You may exchange your item for another of similar value, provided that you return the original item to us unopened, in good condition with all packaging intact.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in touch or send us an email at info@truevits.uk and send your item to: VitaminRich Ltd, 3-d floor, The Pinnacle, Central Court, Station Way, Crawley, RH10 1JH, United Kingdom.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please note that we can only refund the cost of return shipping if you have received the wrong item or if the item is faulty. For normal returns where the item is in good condition, we will not refund the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an item that had free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items over £75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
